Refund policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods (customer provides return shipping costs) or 30 days for faulty/damaged goods (toolforthejob will provide a pre-paid return label).

Please contact us through the website, or email us at customer.services@toolforthejob.co.uk to request a return.

Please ensure that the goods returned are intact, unused and in the original packaging.

For all items, the original delivery fee is non refundable and collection fees may apply 

For some items - mostly large items or items made to order - there may be a restocking fee for unwanted goods. We reserve the right to pass on any restocking fee we are charged by our supplier (but we do not charge anything ourselves).

Damaged Goods

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition, on rare occasions your order may be damaged during transit.

Please ensure you inspect the items when receiving your order and if there is any sign of any damage to the packaging or items, please sign the carrier document as damaged.

Please contact our customer service team and inform us of any damages to any items within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Once the damage has been confirmed we will arrange collection and replacement of the damaged item.
